I have to e mail you and say thank you for the professional sales and service in getting the Panerai GMT to me. I had been browsing your window for many years and thinking one day I will buy a watch from there!! That day came when I saw the GMT in the window and thought, that’s the one. I was delighted to receive it at 8.45am the day after you posted it and have to say it is wonderful condition, and has been happily sitting on my wrist for 3 days now.

I have no problem in commending you as a great source for pre owned watches. Your knowledge and enthusiasm for the stock does you credit. I’ve already emailed my watch collecting friends and told them about you.

To anyone out there thinking of buying a good pre owned watch – get a move on and get down there.

I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent purchase from you of a 1960's 18ct gold omega constellation. I hope you remember the piece, with a black face & gold dagger hour markers. Needless to say I am absolutely delighted with this beautiful timepiece. I cannot believe this watch has ever been worn as its condition is remarkable considering it was produced in the early 1960's. Everyone comments on the sparkling appearance & are amazed when I tell them it’s pre-owned. "I would just like to say a big thank you for the excellent service I received yesterday when purchasing two second hand Omega watches (one for my wife one for myself). Both watches are working fine!
I omitted to take the name of the gentleman that served me but was delighted by the service I received. I am a real watch enthusiast and can sometimes ask searching questions, it was refreshing to deal with people who understand this and know their product range so well. This says much for family run businesses, I was further delighted to be offered a discount on the advertised price without having to suggest it in the slightest. It's a rare thing today to receive such individual treatment.
