Terms and Conditions
These conditions govern all contracts made by Austin Kaye & Co Ltd (herein known as the Vendor).
All pre-owned watches come with a 2 year guarantee. All new watches come with manufacturer’s guarantee.
If any watch is opened during that period by a third party, the guarantee is void unless the vendor has given previous permission.
If you are not happy with the watch then you are welcome to send it back to us within 4 working days for a full refund provided that the watch is returned in the same condition as it was supplied. This paragraph applies only to watches bought online.
Any watch bought in the shop is subject to the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. These Acts also apply to items bought online.
All watches remain the property of Austin Kaye until paid for in full. All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made in full prior to delivery.
The Vendor reserves the right to amend listed prices and specifications without notice and at any time withdraw any items without prior notice having been given to the customer.
English law shall govern any disputes arising out of the sale of any items referred to in the catalogue of the Vendor.
All watches shown on this site are subject to availability.
Our mission statement is “Our goal is to provide the best products with the greatest service possible” and we hope that’s why our customers return to us again and again. The terms and conditions above are included to comply with our insurance policy and would only be used as a last resort.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards in our shop.
