Repairs

As a properly established retail store, we run a comprehensive watch and jewellery repair service. Just visit our store at 425 Strand (See Location) and 99% of the time we will be able to give you a repair price on the spot. If you find it difficult to visit us personally, then just send you watch or jewellery by Special Delivery Post and we will phone you with an estimate. All items are insured both on and off our premises. Below is a list of our repair services:

Jewellery Repairs

• Soldering, ring sizing, miscellaneous repairs, re-tipping or renewing claws on ring, fitting new half or three-quarter shanks on rings, remounting stones in new setting and supplying and setting diamonds and precious stones

Watch Repairs

• Complete servicing of manual, automatic and quartz watches. We service most watch brands and specialise in Rolex and Omega.
• All watches are stripped, cleaned and oiled as necessary, re-assembled, made water resistant (where applicable) and tested for 48 hours.
• All our services carry a one year guarantee.
